Steps to use:

Preparation stage:

• Verify that the product packaging is intact and check the date of manufacture and lot number.
• Prepare the required sample collection tools, such as a disposable blood collection needle (for whole blood samples), a matching transfer pipette or capillary pipette.
• For serum/plasma sample testing, ensure that sufficient serum/plasma (approximately 20 ml) is collected.

Serum/Plasma Sample Test:

• Remove the test strip and ensure that it is dry and undamaged.
• Using the serum/plasma in the serum/plasma collection container, slowly drop approximately 20 ml of serum/plasma along the designated area on the test strip (usually the test line area).
• Wait 15 minutes for the test results to appear naturally.

Whole blood sample test:

• Wash and sterilize your finger to ensure that the test area is clean.
• Using a disposable blood collection needle, prick the edge of the finger to collect a whole blood sample of approximately 25 μL.
• Using a matched capillary or transfer pipette, add the collected whole blood sample to the designated area on the test strip.
• It may be necessary to add 1 to 2 drops of buffer solution to facilitate the reaction, as indicated in the instructions.

Wait for the reaction:

• Whether it is a serum/plasma sample or a whole blood sample, wait for the designated amount of time (usually 15 minutes) to allow the test results to appear naturally.

Reading the results:

• Observe the result indicator area on the test strip.
• If a line similar in color to the Control line appears, and a line of the same color appears at the Test line, the result is usually "Positive. Positive.
• If the color line appears only at the Control line, but not at the Test line, the result is usually Negative.
• If there are no lines at the Control line, or if the result is unclear and difficult to determine, then the result may be Invalid and the test needs to be repeated.
