DOVT Monkey Pox Antigen Rapid Test Kit ,Home and Medical
Product Description:
Monkeypox is an infectious disease caused by the monkeypox virus with symptoms similar to smallpox; it may cause a painful rash, swollen lymph nodes, and fever. Monkeypox virus is an enveloped virus, and its antigen can appear in patients within a few days after viral infection. Therefore, the Monkey Pox Antigen Rapid Test Kit is important for the early diagnosis and treatment of monkeypox virus infection.
Monkeypox Antigen Rapid Test Kit is an in vitro diagnostic reagent for the rapid detection of monkeypox virus. The rapid test kit is designed to qualitatively detect monkeypox antigen in human skin lesion material, including swabs of lesion surfaces and/or exudates, the tops of multiple lesions, or lesion crusts. The lesions are swabbed vigorously to ensure that sufficient viral DNA is collected.
In addition, this kit has excellent stability and reliability, can be stored for 24 months and is 98% accurate, which helps to detect and control the spread of monkeypox outbreaks in a timely manner.
Advantage:
✔ Accuracy >98%
✔ Sensitivity>95%
✔ Specificity>99%
✔ 8 minutes test results
✔ Reliable test performance
✔ Simple operation without additional instruments
✔Test anytime, anywhere, no need to get the test in the area of the laboratory test
Our medical diagnostic test kits are designed for accuracy and ease of use. We offer technical support services to assist with any questions or issues that may arise during the testing process.
Our goal is to provide our customers with the highest level of support and service to ensure successful testing outcomes.
How to use:
Preparation Stage:
Ensure that your hands are clean and clean them thoroughly using a disinfectant to prevent contamination of the sample.
Sample Collection:
Gently scrape or collect the sample from the suspected site of infection (e.g., a rash or pustule on the finger) using the tool provided in the kit or as directed. Ensure that a sufficient sample volume is collected for testing.
Sample Handling and Addition to Test Tube:
Place the collected sample into the test tube provided with the kit as directed in the instructions. Take care to avoid spilling the sample and ensure that the sample is correctly placed in the test tube.
Perform the test:
Add the appropriate amount of reaction solution dropwise to the test tube as directed on the package. Often this process involves the use of a dropper, make sure that you are dropping the exact amount according to the instructions.
Wait 8 minutes for the test to fully react and then read the results:
✔ Observe the results in the test tube after the specified time. According to the instructions, there are usually two lines for reference: a Control line, which is used to confirm that the test is valid, and a Test line, which is used to determine whether the sample contains antibodies or antigens to monkeypox virus.
✔ If the Test line appears and is as clear and legible as the Control line, it may indicate a positive result, i.e., the presence of monkeypox virus was detected in the sample.
✔ If the test line does not appear or is very faint and the control line is clearly visible, then it may indicate a negative (Negative) result, i.e., no monkeypox virus was detected in the sample.
Follow-up:
✔Regardless of the result, the sample and test tube, as well as potentially contaminated items, should be disposed of properly as recommended in the instructions.
✔If the result is positive or suspected positive, consult a healthcare professional immediately for further diagnosis and treatment advice.
