Steps to use:
1,Collect the sample: Use a sterile swab to collect the dog's anal secretion.
2. Adding Sample: Insert the swab into the tube of test buffer provided and mix thoroughly to obtain an effective sample extract.
3. Remove the test card, place it horizontally and draw the processed sample extract from the test buffer tube and drop it into the sample hole “S” of the test card.
4,Observe the result: After adding the sample, wait and observe the test result according to the time specified in the instruction manual (8 minutes). Observe the changes in the lines on the test tube, especially the position of the “C” and “T” marks.
5. Interpretation of results:
      If the “C” line is present and the “T” line is also present within the specified time frame, the result is Positive, indicating that coronavirus antigen was detected in the sample.

      If only the “C” line is present and the “T” line is not present, the result is Negative, indicating that no coronavirus antigen was detected in the sample.

      If the “C” line does not appear, or if neither the “C” line nor the “T” line appears within the time limit, the result is Invalid and the test needs to be repeated.
